Before applying for a rental property, you will need to inspect the property first or have someone inspect the property on your behalf.
When you apply for a property to rent, you may be competing with many other people also interested in the same place.
Step 1
- You can lodge your rental application online using 2Apply. Login | 2Apply
Step 2
- Fill in:
- All of your personal information
- Applicable tenancy details and employment and income information
- You will need to provide 100 points of identification as detailed on the form including a drivers licence or passport or Birth Certificate.
- Please remember to fill in all information requested and attach all documents required in order for your application to be considered.
Step 3
- Submit your application using 2Apply.
Step 4
- Please allow a day or two for our property management staff to process your application and check your references.
- Please ensure you advise your references that we will be calling, so there are no delays.
- Our team will contact you to let you know the outcome of your application as soon as practical.
- If you are the successful applicant, we will ask that you pay your first 2 weeks’ rent via Electronic Funds Transfer or Credit Card Payment* (*fees apply) to our Trust Account.
